ANSES, represented by its Director General, has responsibility for the processing of personal data intended for managing the reference activities of the ANSES foot-and-mouth disease laboratory (EURL FMD). The Data Protection Officer is the Director of Legal Affairs (saisine-daj@anses.fr). Personal data accessible via an authenticated connection and available for information are never divulged to third parties. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, you have a right to access and rectify any information that concerns you. You can also, for any legitimate reason, object to the processing of any data concerning you. You can exercise your rights by contacting: eurl-equine-deseases@anses.fr.

 

Intellectual property

The EURL FMD website is the property of ANSES and is entirely covered by French and international legislation on intellectual property. All rights are reserved, including those of reproduction, distribution and transmission. Any use of the information contained on the site, regardless of its form, and particularly texts, photographs and diagrams, is subject to ANSES's prior authorisation.

 

Establishment of links
Any public or private site – with the exception of sites disseminating information that is illegal or of a particularly polemic, pornographic, sectarian or xenophobic nature – may, without prior authorisation, establish a link to the home page or directly to the information distributed by the EURL FMD website. However, under no circumstances shall the pages of the EURL Equine diseases website (https://eurl-equinediseases.anses) be embedded within the pages of another site. All efforts shall be made to indicate clearly to the user that they are visiting the EURL Equine diseases website and to enable them to browse freely.

In other cases, and particularly:

- if the site content is to be integrated into the navigation of the requesting site,
