EURL annual reports and work programmes Activities Annual programming and reporting, according to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1754/2006 of 28 November 2006. Work Programmes The European Union Reference Laboratory shall, by 1rst September of each calendar year ‘n’, set out the activities planned in the course of calendar year ‘n+1’, and shall submit to the Commission the estimated budget concerning the expenditure on these activities.
